Hey there,

My name is Misha. I was born and raised in Vinnytsia , a city in Central Ukraine. There is much to say about my hometown, and it certainly deserves an article of its own.

I was equally fascinated by technology. So, a couple of years later, when the time came to choose a career path, I chose to pursue software engineering. Yet my passion for food never disappeared. Even as a developer, I found ways to stay close to the culinary world. Among the projects I worked on were a local food delivery app and several websites for KFC.

The idea of culinary blogging – writing about food, plating, photography – is still very new to me. In many ways, that is precisely why I started this blog. I believe there are other people who share my curiosity about cooking, traveling, and cuisine from around the world. I also have family recipes, personal observations, and lessons learned in home cooking that I hope are worth sharing.

The name of this blog will always remind you that any dish tastes better with a little extra salt : )
